From the
ground up.
Concrete, pavers, and site work.
Solid preparation. A finish you can be proud of.

01 — WHAT WE DO
Good work goes
below the surface.
A patio, driveway, or walkway is only as good as what’s underneath it. We look at the site, access, grading, and base preparation alongside the finished surface.
01Concrete flatwork
Driveways, patios, sidewalks, and nonstructural pads. From site preparation to placement and finishing, the scope starts with how you’ll use the space.
02Pavers & hardscapes
Outdoor spaces with texture, definition, and purpose. Paver installation with attention to excavation, base preparation, layout, cuts, and edges.
03Retaining walls
Give a sloped yard a more useful shape. Block and stone wall projects are reviewed for site conditions, base preparation, drainage, and any required design or permits.
04Excavation & grading
The work that gets a site ready. Excavation, grading, material handling, and preparation for concrete and hardscape installations, with a CAT 304 excavator and hands-on operator.

04 — LET’S PUT A PLAN TO IT
What are you
building next?
Tell Doug a little about the project. A few useful details now make the first conversation easier.
850-502-0958Photos help. Add site photos or plans in your text or email. Include access, existing surfaces, and any areas you’re concerned about.
A few practical questions.
Can I send photos before a site visit?
Yes. Text photos to 850-502-0958 or email ldrenterprise.cda@gmail.com. Add the location, approximate dimensions, and a short description. Photos help start the conversation; the final scope depends on the site.
Can you handle the preparation as well?
Excavation, grading, and base preparation can be included with concrete and paver work. Removal, haul-off, drainage, and access are reviewed as part of the project scope.
Do you take subcontract inquiries?
Yes. Send plans, quantities, the site address, schedule, and any project-specific requirements. Doug will review the scope and availability with you.
What determines the price?
Size is only part of it. Existing surfaces, excavation, access, base preparation, materials, removal, and placement needs all affect the scope. Send the details so the estimate reflects your actual project.
